VENDOR APPLICATION

Grantoberfest – September 30, 2023 from 10am-3pm in Downtown Grantsburg

Vendors will need to provide your own tent, tables, chairs, tablecloth, decorations, etc. for your space. A vendor map & setup instructions will be emailed approximately 1 week prior to the event.

Please sign up & make payments by Friday, Sept. 15 to be included in promotions. Applications accepted through the end of the day Friday, September 29 as long as we have space available!

Set-up hours will be Saturday, September 30 from 8:00am – 9:30am. Vehicles will need to be parked in general parking immediately after unloading or at the latest by 9:30am – absolutely no exceptions! Event begins at 10:00am. Your space will be removed if you are not set up by 9:30am, with no refunds granted. Tear down may begin at 3:00 pm. No early tear downs, no exceptions. Booths must be manned at all times. More information and event map will be sent to vendors via email approximately 1 week before event.

I have a business/non-profit downtown Grantsburg and want to set up outside my own business.

Standard spaces are approximately 12' x 12' allowing for a 10x10 tent. Must supply own tent, tent weights, chairs & supplies.

We do our best to not duplicate vendors. Returning vendors receive first chance and we will notify you if you are a duplicate + refund any fees.
