VENDOR APPLICATION

EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT I agree to abide by the following show rules, regulations, and policies for Grantoberfest on Saturday, October 3, 2026: 1. Liability – Grantsburg Revitalization Operation, the Grantoberfest Committee, their affiliates, event location property owner(s), and workers assume no risk and shall not be held responsible for any damage, injury, loss, legal action, or expenses that may arise or come to an exhibitor or their employees, property, or to the public from any cause whatsoever. 2. Conduct – The Grantoberfest Committee reserves the right to cancel any or all future reservations made by any exhibitor who acts in a manner deemed detrimental to the goodwill of the event. 3. Application Approval – The Grantoberfest Committee has the right to decline applications. If declined, the vendor will be notified by letter or email. 4. Refund Policy – All fees are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to weather, non-attendance, or exhibitor cancellation. If the event is canceled by the Grantoberfest Committee, paid fees will be refunded in full. 5. Family-Friendly Content – Items with inappropriate language, images, gestures, or messages that are not family-friendly are prohibited. The Grantoberfest Committee reserves the right to require removal of such items. 6. Organizer’s Right to Remove – The Grantoberfest Committee reserves the right to remove any exhibitor from the event, without refund, if they fail to comply with event rules, including but not limited to the family-friendly content policy. 7. Food Vendors – All food and beverage vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local health regulations, including proper food handling and safety guidelines. Proof of license must be provided upon request. If you’re a registered nonprofit, a school group or church group fundraising for activities, or selling non-hazardous foods allowed under Wisconsin’s cottage food law (like homemade breads, cookies, or jams that don’t require refrigeration for safety), you do not need a food license to be a vendor at Grantoberfest. You must still follow proper food handling and safety procedures to keep your products safe for customers. 8. Clean-Up – Each exhibitor shall leave their space and the surrounding premises in the same condition as it was before the show. 9. Payment Deadline – Payment in full is required by October 2, 2026 to secure a space. Spaces will not be held without full payment.
