  2. Event Date & Hours: Saturday, September 30 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
  3. Your booth must be manned at all times (with only short food/bathroom breaks acceptable). Porta potties will be located near Darrell’s Hardware, Grantsburg Telcom and inflatable area across from Brickfield Brewing.
  4. No late set-ups or early tear downs – it looks really bad for both your business/organization and our event!
  5. Vendor set-uptimes & information:
    1. Saturday 8:00-9:30 am
    2. All booths mustbe set up and ready to go by 9:30am.
    3. You may unload your things near your space, but all cars must be moved to alternate parking by 9:30am.Also, be courteous when parking as to not block vendor spaces next to you. Please unload and move right away (every year we have to track down owners of vehicles to have them moved). Vendor parking is on the side streets, public parking is available by the post office/laundromat.
    4. You will need to bring your own tent, tables, chairs. Please don’t forget sandbags or something to hold your tent down if it’s windy. Also remember this is a Rain or Shine event and the mornings can be chilly so come prepared in layers!
    5. If you told us you need electrical please plan to bring your own outdoor/heavy duty extension cords. You may need up to 20’.
    6. Vendor space #s will be marked in chalk between parking spaces on the road. Your tent will come straight out from the curb (not an an angle like the parking spaces). Start with tent corners between the parking lots closest to the curb and go out from there such as this (see picture)
  6. Tear-down times and information:
    1. Tear down may begin at 3:00pm. No early tear downs, no exceptions!  PLEASE take a minute and clean up all garbage around your space!!!
Please stay an extra 30 minutes to help clean up if possible!
    2. Attendance: if it helps you plan, we typically have approx. 1,800-2,000 attendees. We do not have a breakdown of adults vs. kids and now that we’ve moved downtown we are unable to officially count people like we used to at the Fairgrounds.
    3. Most importantly – HAVE FUN! This is a great community event that people love so we hope you have a fabulous experience as well!

We hope that you can add to the festive spirit by decorating your booth with fall colors and decorations. We have some bundled cornstalks available first come first serve (outside Blueberry Special Boutique). Pumpkins will be available for sale at the corner of Oak & Madison. We also have fall decor items available to use/keep.
